November 2005 - This
was submitted to us from someone who purchased Diesel shoes:
I purchased a pair of diesel shoes from Nordstrom's and I had to
send them back within 4 days because the had a defect, and then
Menlo mall in NJ sent me a new pair and the suede material all over
the shoe on one side is really ripping after me wearing them for 3
days I have them and i don't want to keep sending the same pair of
shoes back. because they are poorly made. this was the first time i
purchased your shoes and will be the last. I got the woman's BABS in
black/black in size 10. i love them because they are comfortable,
but made so bad! i have both receipts if you are willing to do
something about this. the date on my second receipt from Menlo Park
was the requested date for the she from Nordstrom's dated 10/27/05,
I received the shoes maybe 5 days later. Please get back to me if
you need more information i am more than willing to give you that. i
payed $84.95 on these shoes and i am a college student with no
money, i saved to buy these for work only. i work indoors with 5
week old to 1 yr old infants! there is something wrong with this
shoe and I want a pair that look similar made of something else!
