Policies for diesel clothing

Return Policy
Need to return something? We'll gladly accept returns (with some exceptions) made within 30 days of purchase, provided the item has not been worn. Please note, due to health concerns, that all sales on underwear are final and underwear cannot be returned. And also all CD sales are final.
Received a damaged item? We'll gladly exchange or refund the item as well.

To return or exchange your diesel merchandise?
1. Complete the Return Form enclosed in your package by first circling the item you're returning or exchanging.
2. Note the reason for the return.
3. For returns, indicate whether you'd prefer a credit refund or a merchandise certificate.
4. For exchanges, let us know what you'd like in exchange by completing the information on the reverse side of the return form. (We'll take care of the shipping charges to get the new item to you.)
5. Circle the name and address where we should send the exchanged item. If the address is different, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
6. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
7. Now, you're ready to ship. Please send all returns via UPS or USPS to:

Please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will be notified via e-mail when we receive your returned merchandise and credit your account. 

Beyond 30 days, we'll issue a merchandise credit that can be used either online or one of our store locations. If you have any questions or are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, 

 

Expedited Shipping (I need my diesel clothing!)
Two additional options are available for expedited shipping:

Three business days - add $5.00
Overnight - add $10.00 (For 3-Day and Overnight orders, please order by 12 PM EST. Also, all overnight requests received on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday and all orders received over the weekend will not ship until Monday.)

Tips for the perfect fit
Though fit is highly dependent on the individual designer, we've created a general list of terms to help in selecting the right size for you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Diesel Tops
For shirts and sweaters, we've created four categories to help you.
- Fitted usually denotes the item is meant to fit snuggly through the shoulders, chest and sides.
- Regular items are meant to be fitted through the shoulders, chest and sides.
- Relaxed items are meant to be full through the shoulders, chest and sides.
- Oversized items are meant to be very full through the shoulders, chest and sides.

Since sizing can differ significantly between vendors, we've included some tips within the product description to help you choose the appropriate size. If no tip is available use the descriptions above and sizing chart below to help guide you in your decision. And, again, contact us with any questions! We'll be glad to help!

Diesel Bottoms
For diesel pants, use the following categories to help you select your size.
- Slim pants are generally tight through the seat, thighs and knees; usually tapered at the ankles.
- Regular pants are the most common and tend to be normal through the seat, thighs and knees.
- Relaxed pants are usually fuller in the seat, wide in the thighs and knees but still taper a bit to the ankles.
- Baggy pants are usually generous in the seat, thighs and knees and full at the ankles.

More measuring tips for diesel clothing?
If you don't have a measuring tape on hand, simply use a piece of ribbon or string and line it up against a yardstick.

Waist
Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep your forefinger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.

Inseam
Using a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the top of the inner pant leg seam to the opening at the bottom of the pant leg. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest half inch.
